Questions owners ask
Does Ari pretend to be a person?
No. Ari always tells callers she’s the shop’s AI assistant. Most people just want their question answered and the job booked.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. Only calls you don’t pick up, and after-hours calls, forward to Ari. You can turn forwarding off from your phone anytime.
What if a customer asks something she doesn’t know?
She takes their name, number and what they need, tells them someone from the shop will get back to them, and puts it at the top of your next actions.
Will she quote prices?
Only the prices you give her, like an oil change or tire swap. For anything that needs a look at the car, she books the inspection instead.
What happens at the free setup?

Is there a contract?
